  • Council approves Terms of Reference for Downtown Lawlessness Reduction Task Force

    The Downtown Lawlessness Reduction (DLR) Task Force, which will consist of members from City Council, City Administration, the Downtown BRZ, Lethbridge Fire and EMS and the Lethbridge Police Service, is now officially operational. Solutions aren’t simple but we are proud of the tremendous efforts over the last 12 months as we partnered with the Government of Alberta and community stakeholders to improve our city.

  • City seeking interest from non-profits on leasing Bowman Building

    Beginning today, a survey is open to non-profit organizations interested in leasing the Bowman Building located at 811 5 Avenue South. The Bowman Building will have approximately 12,000 total square feet available for eligible organizations to lease.

  • New Public Hours for City Hall Starting in January

    Starting January 2, 2024, Lethbridge City Hall public hours will change to 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The change is aimed to enhance the efficiency and service quality at City Hall.

    On Wednesday, December 6 between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., we will be completing a planned power outage affecting approximately 22 residents along 14 and 15 Street N between 7 and 8 Avenue N.
