National Day for Truth and Reconciliation 2023 Service Level Changes

Saturday, September 30, is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. The City of Lethbridge will have service level changes on that day as well as on Monday, October 2.

Lethbridge 311

The Lethbridge 311 office will be closed on Monday, October 2. Our customer service specialists will return on Tuesday, October 3, at 8 a.m.

We have a 24/7 self-service site available at 311.lethbridge.ca to help with your questions. For urgent issues, a 24-hr trouble line is available by calling 311.

City Hall will be closed on Monday, October 2, and will reopen on Tuesday, October 3, at 8 a.m.

Waste and Recycling

The Waste and Recycling Centre will be open on Saturday, September 30, and closed on Monday, October 2.

Community Animal Services

Community Animal Services will be closed on Saturday, September 30, and open on Monday, October 2. To ensure lost pets may be returned home, individuals are asked to contact the shelter at 403-320-4099 ahead of time and arrange a time to pick up their pet. Transit Service

Lethbridge Transit will be operating on Saturday, September 30, on the Holiday Schedule. Monday, October 2, will have regular service. More information here

 

ACCESS-A-Ride

ACCESS-A-Ride Booking and customer service will be closed on Saturday, September 30, but service hours will remain unchanged.

 

Galt Museum & Archives/Fort Whoop-Up

The Galt Museum will be open on Saturday, September 30 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and closed on Monday, October 2. Fort Whoop-Up is closed for the season.

 

Helen Schuler Nature Centre

The Helen Schuler Nature Centre will be closed on Saturday, September 30, and closed on Monday, October 2.

 

Lethbridge Public Library

All branches of the Lethbridge Public Library will be closed on Saturday, September 30 and open Monday, October 2.
