Remember snow? We want to hear about your recent snow route experience!

It’s officially post-May long weekend so we feel it’s safe to speak about the winter weather. We’d like to hear from people who lived and/or worked on Phase 1 snow routes in the 2022/2023 season. Anyone can submit their feedback; however, this survey is intended to collect input from those who regularly used the affected parking lanes, and those who lived adjacent to the Phase 1 areas. The input from this survey will be considered in the planning of Phase 2 snow routes for the upcoming winter season.

Residents who lived along Phase 1 snow routes and have downloaded the Loop app or signed up for notifications will receive an automated message with a survey link. The survey is also accessible by visiting Get Involved Lethbridge: Snow Control Service Level Changes or by calling 311.

Those who live and/or regularly use parking lanes in affected areas will have the opportunity to enter a draw for a custom prize package; a street operations ride-along experience and a hand-held leaf/snow blower. To enter the contest, residents who live on a Phase 1 snow route or are a regular parking lane user along a snow route will see an option to enter on the survey. The winner will need comply with the City’s standard contest terms and conditions to claim their prize and will be notified directly by mid-June.
