Tree pruning along 6 Avenue South

Pruning of city trees will begin along 6 Avenue South on Monday, January 29. Work will begin on the north side of the avenue at 21 Street South and move west to 11 Street South. Crews will then cross to the south side of the avenue and prune from 5 Street South to 21 Street South.

This work is being handled by a contractor and is expected to take approximately two weeks. Residents can stay updated on this project by visiting the City Project WebMAP.

Motorists will encounter parking restrictions and lane reductions and are advised to drive with caution in the work areas.
