2026 Property Tax Notice and DBIA Assessment and Tax Notice Mail Out
2026 Property Tax Notices and 2026 Downtown Business Improvement Area (DBIA) Assessment and Tax Notices will be mailed out Thursday, May 28, 2026, and are deemed received through this public announcement.
Taxes are due by June 30, 2026, with a 7% penalty applied to all unpaid 2026 tax balances as of July 1. Late payment penalties will not be waived if a notice is not received. Please refer to the back of your notice for penalty schedule and payment options.
If you do not receive your notice by June 8 visit lethbridge.ca/MyCity and use your roll number and access code, provided on the Property Assessment Notice sent January 2, 2026, to register your property and reprint your notice. Alternatively, contact 311 (or 403-320-3111 if outside of Lethbridge), or email tax@lethbridge.ca for assistance.
New Property Owner? If you recently acquired property and have not yet received your tax notice, contact 311 or visit City Hall for a copy. Proof of ownership will be required.
