Access-A-Ride and Ride-on-Demand services currently unavailable

Access-A-Ride service is operational again. Lethbridge Transit is working to accommodate pre-scheduled trips and incoming requests as best as possible.

An unexpected system outage is impacting Lethbridge Transit’s Access-A-Ride (AAR) and Ride-on-Demand (ROD) services.

Until further notice, customers cannot schedule rides for AAR or ROD. Additionally, AAR and ROD trips already scheduled for today, October 23, may not occur, as operators cannot access their schedules in the booking system.
MyRide, the MyRide app and the ROD app may experience technical difficulties. Fixed route service is not affected.
The City of Lethbridge is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Another update will be provided once the services are restored.
