Public Notice - Public Hearing - Land Use Amendment
The amendment will continue to allow the uses under
the existing DC Bylaw and introduce the following
new uses: restaurants, retail store, and mixed use
dwelling. It will continue to include measures to
preserve the existing building.

· Amendment to Land Use Bylaw 6300 to rezone the parcel listed above

Anyone may submit a written submission or give a verbal presentation to a public hearing. Your comments must include your first and last name. Written comments must be received before 12:00 P.M. the Monday, 8-days before the public hearing is scheduled.
