The amendment to Land Use Bylaw 6300 will allow for an increase in density for the site from a maximum of 37 dwelling units per hectare to 75 dwelling units per hectare for the development of one- and two-bedroom Apartment Dwelling units, and allow for reduced minimum off-street parking requirements.

Legal: A portion of Plan 1513322, Block 1, Lot 2

Anyone may submit a written submission or give a verbal presentation to a public hearing. Your comments must include your first and last name. Written comments must be received before 12:00 P.M. the Monday, 8-days before the public hearing is scheduled.

Written submission by Monday, May 5, 2025.

Verbal presentations on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.

Any member of the public who wishes to participate in a Public Hearing may request to participate through electronic means by registering by email to cityclerk@lethbridge.ca. Those members of the public requesting to participate shall include in their request to participate their name and email address. Requestors are responsible to ensure that their technology and connectivity supports are adequate for their participation. 

Requestors will receive a link to the meeting no earlier than 24 hours prior to the Hearing, and will be required to login and wait in the electronic lobby until entered into the Public Hearing prior to the hearing commencing.
