Bylaw 6497 - 1403 and 1405 16 Street North

The proposed Land Use Bylaw amendment would allow the development of two additional units in the basement of the existing building. 

The existing building currently has two units and is considered a duplex, and the rezoning proposal would allow the applicant to convert the existing building into a four-plex.

Anyone may submit a written submission or give a verbal presentation to a public hearing. Your comments must include your first and last name. Written comments must be received before 12:00 P.M. the Monday, 8-days before the public hearing is scheduled.

Written submissions by Monday, September 8, 2025.

Verbal presentations on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.

Any member of the public who wishes to participate in a Public Hearing may request to participate through electronic means by registering by email to cityclerk@lethbridge.ca.
