The proposed Land Use Bylaw amendment would allow for rezoning to change the use of the existing building from Medical and Health Office (Outpatient) to a Counselling Office.
A concurrent Area Redevelopment Plan amendment to the Specialist Office Plan (SOP) - Bylaw 6507 is also being brought to Council for consideration.

Anyone may submit a written submission or give a verbal presentation to a public hearing. Your comments must include your first and last name. Written comments must be received before 12:00 P.M. the Monday, 8-days before the public hearing is scheduled.
Written submission by Monday, January 12, 2026.
Verbal presentations on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
Any member of the public who wishes to participate in a Public Hearing may request to participate through electronic means by registering by email to cityclerk@lethbridge.ca. Those members of the public requesting to participate shall include in their request to participate their name and email address. Requestors are responsible to ensure that their technology and connectivity supports are adequate for their participation.
Requestors will receive a link to the meeting no earlier than 24 hours prior to the Hearing, and will be required to login and wait in the electronic lobby until entered into the Public Hearing prior to the hearing commencing.
