• Council voted unanimously in favour of withdrawing a proposed Official Business Motion relating to Off Leash Parks
• Council carried second and third readings for Bylaw 6519 – Amendment to Bylaw 5917 – The City of Lethbridge Lot Grading Bylaw
• As part of the Consent Agenda approval, recommendations of the Community Issues Committee were carried for:

• Affordable & Social Housing Update
• CC-32 Affordable Housing and Homelessness
• CC-20 Use of City Funds to Purchase Alcohol

• As part of the Consent Agenda approval, the following Bylaws had first readings:

• Bylaw 6515 - 2026 Downtown Business Improvement Area (BIA) Tax Rate Bylaw. Second and third readings are scheduled for April 28
• Bylaw 6516 - 2026 Property Tax and Supplementary Property Tax Rate. Second and third readings are scheduled for April 28
• Bylaw 6517 - 2026 Tax Instalment Pre-Payment Plan Bylaw. Second and third readings are scheduled for April 28
• Bylaw 6522 - Land Use Bylaw Amendment re: 1330 Abitibi Rd W and 1025 30 St W. A Public Hearing is now scheduled for 3 p.m. on May 12
• Bylaw 6523 - Amendment To Bylaw 6265 - Municipal Development Plan. A Public Hearing is now scheduled for 3 p.m. on May 12

• During a Special Meeting of City Council on Tuesday morning, ahead of the regular meeting, Council heard a presentation on Procurement Practices. It was received as information.
