• Council received the lates Encampment Strategy Update from the City’s Community Social Development department. Read more here
• An Official Business Motion from Councillor Jeff Carlson and Councillor Belinda Crowson regarding the composition of annual budget reviews moving forward gained Council support
• Several Bylaws carried second and third readings, including:

• Bylaw 6455 – Amendment to Bylaw 6146 – The Waste Bylaw
• Bylaw 6466 - Amendment to Bylaw 6364 - Electric Distribution Tariff – 2025
• Bylaw 6456 - Amendment to Bylaw 3999 - The Water Service Bylaw – 2025
• Bylaw 6457 – Amendment to Bylaw 3250 - The Sewerage Service Charge Bylaw - 2025

• Following an Administration Presentation, Council carried Bylaw 6474 – Amendment to Bylaws 6233, 6234 and 6364 – Rate of Last Resort
• As part of the Consent Agenda, the following items were carried:

• Recommendation of Economic and Finance Standing Policy Committee - Bylaw 6467- Amendment to Bylaw 5197 - The Fees and Charges Bylaw. Council will consider second and third readings on December 10
• Recommendation of Economic and Finance Standing Policy Committee - Bylaw 6468- Amendment to Bylaw 6110 -The City of Lethbridge Safety Codes Permit Bylaw. Council will consider second and third readings on December 10
• First reading to proposed Bylaw 6470 - 2025 Incentives for Prepayment, Penalties, and Tax Deferral Bylaw. Council will consider second and third readings on December 10
