As part of the Consent Agenda approval, Lethbridge City Council unanimously passed the following recommendations from Community Issues Committee (CIC):
Council voted to refer Official Business Motion Lethbridge Affirms its place as a vital part of Alberta and
Canada to the October 20, 2026 Community Issue Committee Meeting.

Council voted in favour of one Committee Submissions, from CIC recommendations, confirming up to $100,000 will be spent on an independent review to provide a Cost Benefit Analysis and Comparison between the delivery of economic developments through Economic Development Lethbridge or in-house through a Department of the City of Lethbridge. This Committee Submission was pulled from the Consent Agenda as item 4.6 Economic Development Lethbridge Cost Benefit Analysis - Third Party Review.
