• As part of the Consent Agenda approval, Lethbridge City Council unanimously passed the following recommendations from Community Issues Committee (CIC):

• Request to Modify Lethbridge Cenotaph Monument: Afghanistan 2001-2014 Inscription
• Targeted Redevelopment Incentive Policy Municipal Incentive – 202 5 Street South Amendment
• CC-25 Courtesy Use of Facilities and Services
• Building Safer Communities Fund (BSCF) Grant

• Council carried first readings for:

• Bylaw 6538 - Amendment to Bylaw 6146 - The Waste Bylaw
• Bylaw 6537 – Amendment to Bylaw 3250 - The Sewerage Service Charge Bylaw
• Bylaw 6536 – Amendment to Bylaw 3999 – The Water Service Bylaw
• Bylaw 6535 - Amendment to Bylaw 6364 - Electric Distribution Tariff Bylaw

• Council also voted in favour of three Committee Submissions, from CIC recommendations:

• Targeted Redevelopment Incentive Policy Municipal Incentive – 605 5 Street South and 510 6 Avenue South Amendment
• Targeted Redevelopment Incentive Policy Municipal Incentive – 537, 539 and 543 13 Street South Amendment
• Targeted Redevelopment Incentive Policy Municipal Incentive – 524, 528 and 532 13 Street South Amendment
