Emergency traffic light repairs underway on Mayor Magrath Drive South

Update - Feb. 26, 10:30 a.m.

Temporary traffic changes are in place at the intersection of Mayor Magrath Drive and 32 Avenue South. It will not be treated as a temporary four-way stop. 

Temporary traffic changes are as follows:

• Eastbound and westbound 32 Avenue, between 32 Street and Fairway Street, are closed.
• No left-hand turns from Mayor Magrath Drive to 32 Avenue.
• Only northbound and southbound through traffic is permitted on Mayor Magrath Drive.

Feb. 26, 9:49 a.m.

Effective immediately, a temporary four-way stop is in place at the intersection of Mayor Magrath Drive and 32 Avenue South. 

Crews are on scene performing emergency repairs to the traffic signals cabinet. All traffic lights at this intersection will be turned off. 

Motorists are advised to drive with caution and follow all posted signage until further notice.
