Fire contained at commercial building on 13 Street North

Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services responded to a structure fire in the 500 block of 13 Street North at approximately 10:15 p.m. on Wednesday, September 24. 

Crews arrived to find a fire at the rear of a commercial building. Firefighters quickly controlled the fire, preventing it from spreading to nearby structures.  

Damage was confined to the building’s exterior, with smoke affecting the interior. 

The cause of the fire and estimated damage costs remain under investigation.
