It’s time to give our trees a trim

Tree trimming crews are branching out!

Annual pruning begins February 11. Two areas are included this year:

• 9 Avenue South from Scenic Drive South to 13 Street South (begins February 11)
• 12 Avenue South from Mayor Magrath Drive to Scenic Drive South (begins February 17)

Forestry has delivered notices to the affected neighbourhoods.

All pruning is expected to wrap up by April 1, weather permitting.

Motorists are encouraged to watch for crews in the coming months. Thanks for your patience as we work to keep our urban forest healthy and beautiful!
