Lethbridge Transit customer access change

The Lethbridge Transit office located at 619 4 Avenue North will be closed to the public as of Friday, September 29, 2023.

Residents are asked to visit our new Transit Customer Service Centre at the Lethbridge Park ‘n’ Ride City Centre Station located at 705 5 Avenue South (debit or credit only) or City Hall, 910 4 Avenue South (cash, cheque or debit only), for Transit or LT Fare Card assistance.

Additionally, customers may call 311 or email transit@lethbridge.ca with any inquiries.

Transit service information is available at www.lethbridge.ca/transit, which includes fares, vendor locations, bus schedules, trip planner, Access-a-Ride service and LT Fare Card and App links.

This change is being made to reflect improvements to our customer service access to existing facility’s such as the Park ‘n’ Ride facility and City Hall. We appreciate your cooperation during this transition, and we will continue to serve our customers at key city and vendor locations.
