Non-emergency phone service restored

Phone service has been restored at the Lethbridge Public Safety Communications Centre. 

Police and fire complaint lines, as well as administrative phone lines, are operating normally. 

Thank you for your patience while Emergency Services IT worked to resolve the disruption.

The Lethbridge Public Safety Communications Centre is experiencing a service disruption. 

Police and fire complaints, as well as administrative phone lines, are currently unavailable. If you need to make a police or fire report while these lines are down, please call 9-1-1. 

Calls to 9-1-1 are still being answered. Calls are being routed to another Public Safety Answering Point and transferred back to Lethbridge for local dispatch. 

Callers may experience a delay. Please stay on the line and do not hang up. 

Emergency Services IT is working to resolve the issue. 

Updates will be shared as more information becomes available.
