Notice of Meeting of the Economic and Finance Standing Policy Committee on June 12, 2025

I, Blaine Hyggen, Mayor of the City of Lethbridge, provide notice that a Closed Meeting of the Economic and Finance Standing Policy Committee will be held at 09:00 A.M. on June 12, 2025, in Meeting Room 003, City Hall, City of Lethbridge, with the following items on the Agenda:

• Future Investment Incentives Programs (FOIP Sections 21, 23, 24, and 25); and
• Economic Services (FOIP Sections 16, 21, 23, 24, 25, and 27); and
• Update on Mechanism for Improving how the City does Fee for Service Agreements (Economic Development Lethbridge Fee for Services Cost Benefit Analysis) (FOIP Sections 23, 24, and 26).

This Notice is provided more than 24 hours in advance of the said meeting and is therefore in compliance with Sections 195 and 196 of the Municipal Government Act.
