Oh, the places you’ll play!

Two playgrounds are getting a colourful refresh – and we need your help choosing the palettes!

The City of Lethbridge is replacing the play structures this summer at Cougar Park and Lafayette Park. While the upgraded equipment will ensure compliance with the Canadian Standards Association, it will also bring a bright and vibrant new look to the adjoining neighbourhoods.

Residents can vote for their favourite colour options on the City’s public engagement website, Get Involved Lethbridge

Both surveys are open until February 27. The revamped playgrounds will be ready to welcome their first guests by mid-June, weather permitting.

You can also learn more about this project at the upcoming Community Conversation on Thursday, January 29, from 3–7 p.m., at the VisitLethbridge.com Arena.
