One-day four-way stop at busy west Lethbridge intersection

A busy intersection in west Lethbridge will temporarily lose its lights on Wednesday.

The traffic signals at University Drive and McGill Boulevard West need some upkeep. While crews are working on the project, the intersection becomes a four-way stop.

Thankfully, it’s a quick project. The work begins at 9 a.m. on August 12. If the weather cooperates, it should be done by 3 p.m.

Motorists are asked to please observe the four-way stop and drive with care to keep our crews safe.
