Online service disruptions: MyCity

The City of Lethbridge’s MyCity system will undergo maintenance Tuesday, July 22, from 4 to 8:30 p.m. 

Residents will not be able to access the following online services during the maintenance window: 

• MyCity
  • Business, dog, building permit and tax accounts
• eApply and eInspections
  • Building permit applications
  • Building inspection scheduling
  • Tax Installment Pre-payment Plan (TIPP) application
  • TIPP cancellation
• Property tax certificates
• Online payments
  • Parking tickets
  • Business and dog licence renewals
  • Building permit payments
  • Property tax payments
  • Property tax certificate payments
