Postal strike impacting mail delivery – sign up for E-Billing today
Due to the Canada Post strike, Lethbridge residents are encouraged to register for e-billing for their utility bills. This will ensure residents receive their bills on time.

Utilities bills can now be paid by credit card (service fees apply) through e-billing. Sign in or create an account through eUtility at www.lethbridgeutility.com or contact 311 for more information.
Alternative methods of payment are also available:
- In-person at City Hall, 910 4 Avenue South, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on business days. Cash, cheques and debit cards are accepted.
- Deposit boxes at the following locations:
- City Hall - front entrance and the drop box at the rear of City Hall in the roundabout
- Fritz Sick Centre
- Nicholas Sheran Pool
- To ensure the safety of your funds, we advise against leaving cash in the deposit drop boxes
- Online banking – please allow 2-3 business days for processing
- In-person at banks and most other financial institutions
Payments are due by the date indicated on your utility bill or other payment notice. Late payment fees will not be waived due to any postal strike action.
