What is this notice about?
The purpose of the proposed Land Use Bylaw Amendment is to allow the construction of five residential buildings, each containing four Dwelling Units and one commercial building.
How can I participate?
Anyone may submit a written submission or give a verbal presentation to a public hearing. Your comments must include your first and last name. Written comments must be received before 12:00 P.M. the Monday, 8-days before the public hearing is scheduled.

The proposed Direct Control (DC) bylaw will allow these land uses in a configuration that is not possible under the existing R-37 land use district.
