Public Hearing - Land Use Amendment Bylaw 6384
What is this notice about?
Allows single detached dwellings on the sites that are proposed to be rezoned to Comprehensively Planned Low Density Residential (R-CL), and single detached homes containing secondary suites on the sites that are proposed to be rezoned to Mixed Density Residential (R-M).
This will amend the land use classification of a portion of Legal Subdivision 13 & 14 27-8-22-4 (1205 30 St W)
How can I participate?
Anyone may submit a written submission or give a verbal presentation to a public hearing. Your comments must include your first and last name. Written comments must be received before 12:00 P.M. the Monday, 8-days before the public hearing is scheduled.
