Riverstone Dog Park closing for repairs

The Riverstone Dog Park will be closed from November 4 to 6. The closure will allow Parks staff to complete maintenance work.

Rain incidents have caused ongoing washouts, damaging sections of the park surface. Crews will repair these areas to help ensure the park remains safe and enjoyable for all users and their pets.

The dog park will reopen on Saturday, November 7. However, a portion of the site will remain fenced off as an active work zone until November 13 while additional restoration work is completed.

Weather permitting, the park should fully reopen on November 14.

The City of Lethbridge appreciates the cooperation and understanding of park visitors as we work to maintain this valued amenity.
