Road closures and detours for Pride Parade Saturday
The annual Pride Parade returns to downtown Lethbridge this Saturday, June 20. The route and road closures are the same as last year.

The parade begins at 11 a.m. on Stafford Drive South, next to the Civic Ice Centre, and will travel downtown, ending on 5 Street South along the west side of Galt Gardens.
To accommodate the event, the following roads along the parade route will be closed starting at 9:30 a.m. and are expected to reopen at approximately 1 p.m.:
- Stafford Drive South, from 3 Avenue to 6 Avenue
- 3 Avenue South, from 5 Street to Stafford Drive
- 5 Street South, from 2 Avenue to 3 Avenue
Residents are encouraged to check the WebMap for up-to-date road closures and traffic impacts. If you’re travelling in the area, plan ahead, allow extra time and follow all posted detours and signage.
Following the parade, the celebration continues with Pride in the Park at Galt Gardens, featuring live entertainment, food trucks, beer gardens and more. For full event details, visit the Lethbridge Pride Fest Society website.
