Road maintenance at a busy south Lethbridge intersection

A two-day road maintenance project will impact a busy south Lethbridge intersection.

Beginning at 8 a.m. tomorrow, excavation and resurfacing will take place on eastbound 3 Avenue South, just before 13 Street South. Two lanes will be closed:

• the outside lane of eastbound 3 Avenue South approaching 13 Street South
• the left turning lane onto northbound 13 Street South

Eastbound traffic along 3 Avenue South will be reduced to one lane. However, traffic flow will be maintained in all directions at the intersection.

Weather permitting, all lanes will reopen by 8 a.m. on Friday, September 4.
