Spot it, Report it, Fix it!

A pilot project is making it easier for residents to report full garbage bins and empty doggie bag dispensers.

The City of Lethbridge Parks & Cemeteries department has placed stickers on bins and dispensers at our three regional parks: Henderson Park, Legacy Park and Nicholas Sheran Park.

Each sticker includes a unique ID number and a QR code that links directly to the Report a Parks Problem page. When you scan the code, you can quickly let us know if a bin needs emptying or a dispenser needs refilling. The online form includes a “Bin or Dispenser Reference ID” field, making it easier than ever for our operations crews to locate and respond to the issue.

If you prefer to contact 311, please mention the ID number listed on the sticker to help us serve you more efficiently.

The project will be evaluated after a year. If deemed successful, it may be expanded to other parks throughout the city.

Thank you for helping us keep Lethbridge parks beautiful and enjoyable for everyone!
