Unofficial results for the 2025 Lethbridge City Council, School Board contests

Returning Officer Bonnie Hilford says that with 20/20 polls reporting, unofficial results show that Lethbridge residents have voted in their new City Council-Elect. All polls are now counted, as well, with unofficial results for Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Separate School Division Ward 2 and for the Lethbridge Public School Division contests.

The eight members of Council-Elect include five incumbents and three newcomers. They are:

  • Belinda Crowson *incumbent – 8,508 votes
  • Jenn Schmidt-Rempel *incumbent – 7,854 votes
  • Rajko Dodic *incumbent – 6,841 votes
  • Ryan Wolfe – 6,395 votes
  • Al Beeber – 6,347 votes
  • Rufa Doria – 6,272 votes
  • Mark Campbell *incumbent – 6,203 votes
  • Ryan Parker *incumbent – 6,001 votes

The seven Trustees-Elect for the Lethbridge Public School Division are:

  • Cheryl Meheden – 5,460 votes
  • Christine Light – 4,494 votes
  • Kristina Larkin – 4,467 votes
  • Allison Purcell – 4,412 votes
  • Brooke Culley – 3,926 votes
  • Craig H. Whitehead – 3,892 votes
  • Tiffany Hill – 3,422 votes

The five Trustees-Elect for Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Separate School Division Ward 2 are:

  • Carmen Mombourquette – 1,709 votes
  • Linda Ellefson – 1,669 votes
  • Tricia Doherty – 1,608 votes
  • Bob Spitzig – 1,590 votes
  • Roisin Gibb – 1,582 votes

Unofficial results for the Mayoral contest were published Tuesday night with Mayor-Elect Blaine Hyggen being re-elected.

The 2025 Lethbridge Municipal and School Election results will become official at noon on Friday, October 24.

The Swearing-In Ceremony for Mayor-Elect and Council-Elect will take place on Monday, October 27, at 1:30 p.m. The event is by invite only, but there will be a livestream on the City’s YouTube channel.
