Vehicle fire at commercial building this morning

Crews from four stations responded to a vehicle fire at a commercial building this morning.

Crews were called just after 7 a.m. to a building on the 2800 block of 26 Avenue South where a parked vehicle was on fire inside. The flames were quickly extinguished which prevented the fire from spreading through the building.

The damage is estimated at $22,000 and the fire is being investigated.
