Warranty repair work to impact sidewalks

Access to businesses will not be impacted but, starting Monday, June 22, some warranty repair work will briefly affect some sidewalk access and the adjacent bike lanes on 4 Avenue South and 7 Street South.

The contractor warranty work is anticipated to be completed by June 30, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting. There will be temporary traffic controls in place during this time which may limit access to parking in the area. Residents and businesses in the area will also be notified.

Please maintain safe distances from all excavated areas and machinery while work is in progress.
