Accident on Highway 3 has lanes reduced for several hours

Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services is on the scene of an accident westbound on the Highway 3 bridge involving two tractor trailers. Reduced lanes are expected for the next several hours in order to unload and tow the impacted vehicles. This will impact both east and westbound traffic.

Motorist are asked to use an alternative route if possible. If you must travel in the area, please use extreme caution for the safety of the emergency crews on scene and expect delays.
