The amendment to Land Use Bylaw 6300 will allow for the new low density residential Development as planned in the approved The Piers Outline Plan. This proposal will also rezone the future sports fields for the developing Holy Spirit Catholic School Division elementary school site.

To:

  • Comprehensively Planned Low Density Residential (R-CL) 
  • Mixed Density Residential (R-M)
  • Park and Recreation (P-R)

 

Anyone may submit a written submission or give a verbal presentation to a public hearing. Your comments must include your first and last name. Written comments must be received before 12:00 P.M. the Monday, 8-days before the public hearing is scheduled.

Written submissions by Monday, September 8, 2025.

Verbal presentations on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.

Any member of the public who wishes to participate in a Public Hearing may request to participate through electronic means by registering by email to cityclerk@lethbridge.ca. Those members of the public requesting to participate shall include in their request to participate their name and email address. Requestors are responsible to ensure that their technology and connectivity supports are adequate for their participation. 

Requestors will receive a link to the meeting no earlier than 24 hours prior to the hearing, and will be required to login and wait in the electronic lobby until entered into the Public Hearing prior to the hearing commencing.

Electronic participation requests must be submitted prior to Monday, September 15, 2025.
