The purpose of this proposed rezoning is to allow for allow for development of a basement suite in the existing single detached dwelling and allow for the potential development of a garage suite, a total maximum of 3 dwelling units.
The Medical/Surgical Specialist Office use will be maintained for future flexibility.

Anyone may submit a written submission or give a verbal presentation to a public hearing. Your comments must include your first and last name. Written comments must be received before 12:00 P.M. the Tuesday, 7-days before the public hearing is scheduled.

Verbal presentations on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 .
Any member of the public who wishes to participate in a Public Hearing may request to participate through electronic means by registering by email to cityclerk@lethbridge.ca. Those members of the public requesting to participate shall include in their request to participate their name and email address. Requestors are responsible to ensure that their technology and connectivity supports are adequate for their participation.
Requestors will receive a link to the meeting no earlier than 24 hours prior to the Hearing, and will be required to login and wait in the electronic lobby until entered into the Public Hearing prior to the hearing commencing.
