Transit route and schedule changes – April 29

Starting Wednesday, April 29, Lethbridge Transit will implement new schedules across all routes. These changes are being made to improve service reliability and on-time performance.

Major changes to cityLINK routes

All cityLINK routes (1 Gold, 2 Blue, 3 Green and 4 Orange) will operate at a 33-minute frequency.

Additionally, the 3 Green and 4 Orange will become interlined. This means:

  • It will then switch to the 3 Green, depart to Sherring Station, then return to Southgate Station
  • It will then switch back to the 4 Orange, depart to Crossings Station and repeat the cycle

Minor schedule changes

The following routes will experience slight timing and scheduling changes:

  • 51, 52 and 53
  • 60A, 60B and 60C
  • 61A and 61B
  • 62

The West Highlands on-demand zone (101) will have an additional stop at Westside Trailer Court (2715 Westside Drive).

The Southgate on-demand zone (103) will expand, east of 47 Street South, to include Southbrook.
