    The City is advising residents to exercise caution when using the river near Peenaquim Dog Park over the next 24 hours.

    The 2025 Environmental Incentive Program is now accepting applications! The program offers rebates for purchasing rain barrels and replacing old, inefficient toilets with new low-flow toilets.

  • No fooling, it’s phase two of the Water Meter Upgrade Program

    The multi-year effort to replace 10,000 manually read water meters resumes this week. The neighbourhood-by-neighbourhood project continues in the west Lethbridge community of Heritage Heights on Wednesday, April 2.

  • Watermain repair impacting traffic on 6 Avenue South

    City crews are repairing a watermain in the 1200 Block of 6 Avenue South. 

    The work area has closed the inner eastbound and westbound lanes. Outer lanes in both directions remain open at this time, but the closure may be extended into both westbound lanes if required. 

  • Valve repair impacting traffic on Stafford Drive North

    Our water team is repairing a valve in the 200 block of Stafford Drive North. The work has both southbound lanes and one northbound lane closed between 2 Avenue A North and 3 Avenue North.
