City projects on display at home and garden show

Eight departments from the City of Lethbridge will be taking part in this year’s Home, Garden & Leisure Show running March 13-15 at the Lethbridge & District Exhibition Agri-food Hub & Trade Centre. 

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn and ask questions about a wide range of projects and topics from Waste & Environment, Electric Utility, City Clerks, Parks & Cemeteries, Planning & Design, Transit, Lethbridge Fire & Emergency Services and the Helen Schuler Nature Centre, including: 

• Phase two engagement for the Land Use Bylaw Renewal Project
• The Henderson Park Strategic Plan (public survey closes March 16) 
• Park naturalization and the Adopt-A-Park Program 
• Firepit safety and home fire safety tips 
• 2025 Municipal Election 
• Water Conservation 
• General information for transit, waste and utility services
