Prepayment of Tax Certificates is required at a cost of $39.00. Information provided includes:
- Roll number
- Legal Address
- Civic Address
- Current Year Assessment
- Most recent tax levy
- Property Taxes owing or credit balance on account
- Status of TIPP program if applicable

There are two options for ordering Tax Certificates:
- Online through Lethbridge.ca/mycity. If you already have a login and password set up with the City of Lethbridge Tax Department, please login using the portal to obtain Tax Certificates and make a payment. If you are not currently set up with an online account and require Tax Certificates frequently, please contact our office at 403-320-3111.
- By contacting our office for payment instructions. Once payment is applied by you online using a credit card, the Tax Department will create and provide a Tax Certificate to you by email.
