Inspections take place Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Requests received before 1 p.m. are scheduled for the next business day. Requests received after 1 p.m. are scheduled for the second business day after the request. Exact appointment times cannot be guaranteed.
Have your permit package and all required documents available throughout the inspection.
For an occupied home, the owner or designated adult must be present to provide access. An inspector will not enter a home where only someone under 18 is present.

Food trucks and other mobile cooking operations require an annual fire inspection and approval before operating in Lethbridge. There is no fee for the initial inspection and approval. Approved trucks receive a certificate and annual window decal.
