The registered land owner, or someone hired on their behalf may apply for condominium​ conversion approval. 

Why convert a building to Condo ownership?

Converting a building to condo ownership allows the owner to sell each apartment of a residential building, or each bay of a commercial / industrial building to a separate owner.
