The Offsite Levy Bylaw describes a levy which is imposed upon all undeveloped lands lying within the municipal boundary of the City of Lethbridge except land designated as  Environmental Reserve, Municipal Reserve and Arterial Road Right-of-Way.

The New Community Wayfinding Guidelines outline the City's expectations regarding the installation of Wayfinding signage within public road right of ways (ROW) and on private property adjacent to ROWs.
