The final long weekend of the summer is on the horizon. While many residents and visitors will flock to Henderson Lake Park, the City of Lethbridge is reminding everyone to be mindful of the Cyanobacteria advisory in effect for the lake.

A months-long water infrastructure project is moving into its final weeks. Work to replace the aging watermain along 11 Street South, between 3 Avenue South and 6 Avenue South, began May 21.
The final stage of the project involves temporarily closing the intersection of 11 Street South and 6 Avenue South.
