The parcel would be rezoned to exclude the landscaping requirements, the site plan, and the landscaping plan found in Bylaw 6177. Bylaw 6417 carries forward the currently allowed Uses and most of the development requirements.

Beginning this week, a regular slate of Lethbridge City Council’s Standing Policy Committee (SPC) meetings are set to return with Economic SPC on Wednesday, September 13, followed by Cultural and Social SPC on Thursday, September 14.
Effective immediately, both westbound lanes and one eastbound lane of 6 Avenue South between 12 Street South and 13 Street South will be closed so crews can complete an emergency sewer service repair. This work is expected to be complete by end of day September 18, weather permitting.
