    Reconciliation Week in Lethbridge kicks off September 22, and there are plenty of opportunities throughout the week to come together, learn and reflect as a community.

    Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services responded to a structure fire in the 800 block of 20 Street North, at approximately 8 a.m. on Saturday, September 20. The fire was reported by members of the Lethbridge Police Service, who saw smoke coming from the second floor of a multi-unit row housing complex.

  • Lane closures on 13 Street South

    Beginning Wednesday, September 17, a storm drain repair will impact a stretch of 13 Street South. 

    Both lanes will be closed at 15 Avenue South. 

  • 13 Street South watermain repair

    The southbound lanes of 13 Street South between 9 Avenue and 10 Avenue will be closed for a watermain repair.  

  • Significant damage after overnight fire on McGill Blvd

    Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services responded to a residential structure fire on McGill Boulevard West this morning at 12:30 a.m. Crews from four stations were dispatched after a 9-1-1 call reported a fire on the second floor. 

  • Fallen Firefighters Memorial taking place Thursday

    On Thursday, September 11, Lethbridge Fire & Emergency Services will host the annual Fallen Firefighter Memorial Parade and Ceremony. This memorial is held to remember those who lost their lives in the line of duty during the past year and to acknowledge and celebrate the dedication and sacrifice of all uniformed personnel who serve their communities.
