Why convert a building to Condo ownership?
Converting a building to condo ownership allows the owner to sell each apartment of a residential building, or each bay of a commercial / industrial building to a separate owner.

Please submit the following:
- Completed Application Form
- Certificate of Title (view example)
- Condo Plan: one paper, one digital (view example)
- Application: $40.00 per unit (payable at time of application)
