    Starting today, August 5, there will be a series of partial road closures on 7 Street South, between 3 Avenue and 4 Avenue, to allow for the re-addition of on-street parking stalls.

    Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services responded to an apartment fire in the Ashgrove Road South area on Friday, August 1. 

  • Two-week traffic impacts on downtown 3 Avenue South

    A deep service installation, near the southwest corner of Galt Gardens, will impact motorists and pedestrians after the Heritage Day long weekend.

  • 2025 Heritage Day Service Level Changes

    Monday, August 4 is Heritage Day. The City of Lethbridge will have service level changes.

  • Lane closure on 13 Street North

    Beginning Wednesday, July 30, sewer work will impact a stretch of 13 Street North.

  • Scenic Drive North bridge work

    UPDATE: This work will take place August 12 and 13.

    Maintenance work is set to take place this week on the Scenic Drive overpass above 5 Avenue North. 

    On July 30 and 31, single-lane closures on Scenic Drive will be in effect and two-way traffic will be maintained.

    The River Valley Fire Ban in Lethbridge has been lifted, effective immediately. Recent changes in weather conditions, including higher humidity levels, have reduced the fire risk in this area.
