The Mayor of the City of Lethbridge appreciates the opportunity to honour milestones in our residents’ lives. Lethbridge residents can request a congratulatory letter from the Mayor to help commemorate the following special occasions:

• Anniversary milestones
• Birthday milestones
• Local business anniversary milestones
• Military service retirement

Request a Congratulatory Letter

To request a Congratulatory Letter for yourself, a family member or a friend, please submit a Congratulatory Letter Request Form to us at least two weeks in advance.

Letters mailed outside of Lethbridge

If you are requesting a congratulatory letter to be mailed to an address outside Lethbridge, please call 311 (if you are within city limits) or 403-320-3111 (if you are outside city limits) for assistance with your request.
