A detailed assessment of Lethbridge & District Exhibition (LDE) facilities was provided at today’s Economic & Finance Standing Policy Committee (SPC) meeting.

The City of Lethbridge is taking strategic steps to enhance air service at the Lethbridge Airport (YQL). The goal is to improve regional connectivity, support economic growth and make air travel more convenient for residents, businesses and the region.

Maintenance work is set to take place this week on the Scenic Drive bridge over Whoop-Up Drive. 

On July 9 and 10, single-lane closures on Scenic Drive will be in effect and two-way traffic will be maintained. 

The City of Lethbridge’s Parks & Cemeteries and Waste & Environment teams are excited to host and celebrate Environment Blitz Day. This fun and free event happens at Nicholas Sheran Park on Thursday, July 10, from 3 to 7 p.m. 

The City of Lethbridge has launched a new business survey aimed at better understanding the goals, challenges and needs of local businesses.

Starting Monday, July 7, maintenance work will begin on the University Drive West bridge over Whoop-Up Drive, which will see single-lane closures. 

As part of the Reimagine 5 Street South project, geotechnical testing will be taking place that may cause minor disruptions for users of 5 Street South, between 1 Avenue and 6 Avenue.  

Pedestrian tunnel maintenance is resulting in single lane closures along a small portion of University Drive West.
